Hello, We have made several purchases from you. Our trust is linked to Frédéric Girard, whose expertise is very versatile; he has great interpersonal skills and his service is accurate and quick. He is never far away, even though this time the salesperson who assisted us with our purchase, though not very old, was kind and professional because Frédéric has changed positions. People in general focus on service at SPENCE. We have a bit more difficulty with the service manager; his communication style is direct and cold, but it is tolerable. I'm not saying he isn't nice; it's just his approach that can be off-putting. We will return to you along with our teenagers and friends.
