I haven't been in yet because my Spyder is in storage, but I got a call saying they'd taken it out of storage and that I needed the front tires changed. The service tech offered me three options for front tires; I chose the XPS (new model). To be continued when I take it out.

There was a repair covered by the KM+ warranty and the maintenance team took care of everything: assessment, calling the insurance, obtaining authorization for the work. The service is always very professional. The explanations are clear and satisfactory. Thanks to Gaétan Vézina, always friendly, as well as to the mechanic (whose name I don't know). I received a small wash, which was much appreciated.
