2009 Harley-Davidson CVO ULTRA CLASSIC - Used - Available in Calgary

I always get great customer service here, from the clothing to parts and service. I've tried a couple other places but they don't seem to have the same quality or care factor. Calgary Harley-Davidson for the win.

Easy transaction to obtain ignition key. Parts came early.

Glen and Karen helped me find the proper air filter for my bike. I cruised through the showroom with a great variety of models and went upstairs to see the pre owned inventory. We always enjoy our visits

Sam in service took the initiative to come to the parking lot just as they were opening to see if I was there for service, which I was. He took me in and got the paper work done. This continues to show customer service at CHD. He could have stayed inside and waited for me to come in but instead came out and got me. Super friendly I should add as well. Karen at parts helped also me out, and as always, she is great. While I point out these two employees,I will add that I have had great dealings with everyone at parts and service.

I had servicing completed on my 2025 Tri- Glide Ultra whereby I had a luggage rack installed. The service continues to exceed my expectations throughout the Dealership. Many thanks !
