Purchase of a travel bag in my partner's name with men's underwear and 2 balaclavas for me .But unfortunately important parts for the bag were missing and I live a 2-hour round trip from the store. You told me you would send the missing items by mail but I need the bag for a trip — I'm leaving today. So I can't use my bag for my 6-day trip The bag was packaged by BRP in its original packaging. I am very disappointed with this service and was angry at the time, and I received no apology from them.
