The 2026 Marlon RAT-03 is a 12-foot, single-axle utility/ATV trailer designed primarily for recreational equipment—especially ATVs and smaller side-by-sides—but it's also useful as a general-purpose utility trailer.

Overview

The RAT-03 sits nicely between the smaller RAT-02 and the larger RAT-04.

Its 12 × 6'6" deck is long enough for a substantial ATV or smaller UTV without becoming a big, cumbersome trailer. The rear ramp makes loading easy, and Marlon says the ramp can be adjusted to three different angles. 

The trailer also has six welded tie-down points, a galvanized finish, LED lighting and an A-frame tongue. The design is deliberately simple, which is a good thing for a utility trailer that will spend time outside.

 

Ideal buyer

I'd say the sweet-spot buyer is:

Someone who wants a compact trailer primarily for ATVs/recreational equipment but wants enough length to remain useful for general hauling.

It's a particularly good fit if you:

• Own one or two ATVs.
• Have a smaller side-by-side that fits the 78" deck width.
• Want something easier to maneuver than a 14–16 ft trailer.
