We had great customer service. We were actually there buying Yeti mugs this time and we had so much help with getting what we wanted. My wife wanted a red water bottle and there were none on the shelf and when she looked up the inventory found ther me were more she kindly went to the stock room and grabbed her the color she wanted. Also very knowledgeable on all of the products. We always have a great experience when we visit.

Their shop was busy working on other machines, but they were kind enough to have a technician take a look at my sled. I had an issue with one of my machines and asked them to check if anything major was wrong. They diagnosed it quickly, which I really appreciated.
